Born out of a desire for authenticity and a love of non-dual teachings, Samyama Mindfulness was created with meditation and inner-work as the inspiration.

Our space is designed for practitioners by practitioners who are doing the meaningful work required for evolution.

We have been on a yogic path for many years and have found that the deepest transformations come when we access meditative states.

For this reason we chose to create a TTC that focuses on the depth of yoga beyond asana.

What Makes Our TTC Special:

  • Meditation initiations: Each week you will be taken into the depths of a different and potent meditation technique by our empowered teachers.

Daily practice of each technique will help you discover which form of meditation works best for you and give you the ability to guide your future students.

  • Styles of yoga: You will be trained in major, classical poses of hatha yoga obtaining a thorough understanding of their physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual effects.

Additionally, MYTTC focuses on vinyasa, restorative, and yin practices of yoga with a great emphasis on tantra yoga addressing the subtle energetic and spiritual effects of our practice.

  • Anatomy and physiology Immersions: We want you to have a good understanding of the anatomy and physiology of our bodies without getting overwhelmed by medical words alone.

Our expert teachers will create immersions into anatomy, physiology and Ayurveda – the sister science of yoga – for you to explore yoga`s effects and function on our being from a scientific perspective.

  • Kriya techniques: We will teach and practice together selected techniques from the shat karma kriya system.

This will assist our bodies in the purification processes that occur during intensive yoga and meditation practice.

These techniques are gems that you will want to share with your students.

  • Teaching and professional skills: We love sharing our passion for this path.

We want you to develop all of the required teaching skills; from making adjustments/corrections, to giving effective discourses to tuning into the needs of the individual and the group.

We would also like to broaden your vision on how to make teaching yoga and meditation your profession.

  • One-on-one attention and individualized guidance in a small group limited to 24 people.

You will be assigned a mentor from the teaching team, as well as a buddy from the group.

  • All-inclusive packages. After our trusted driver drops you off, you will have everything you need on-site.

This includes access to the Healing Center when you need a massage, the restaurant when you need a sweet snack, and optional evening activities such as Bhajans (devotional singing).

Our Facilities:

Our center is hidden away from the hustle-bustle of central Ubud, surrounded by jungle on one side and rice fields on the other.

A river and a small stream run through the property.

Besides our gorgeous yoga shala, we have a smaller sound-protected studio, a steam sauna, ice baths, a healing room with massage beds and a dark room.

Soon we will open our salt cave.

All of our facilities are purposefully designed to support you in entering meditative states and pushing the limits of your ego-defined boundaries.

Our onsite accommodation is accessible to all budgets.

From a spacious shared bunk room to a luxurious private suite in Samyama villa, you will feel like you are coming home.

The surrounding village of Mas is great to explore on foot, and if you want to head into Ubud – the spiritual heart of the world – it is just a 5-10 minute drive away.

We have partnered with Eat.Co Bali to provide delicious and balanced plant-based food to support our practice.

Wholesome, fresh, colorful plant-based food is made from scratch in our compassionate kitchen.
